Discrimination at community pools has a storied history, EMC would like to help. That is why we have put together a kit for citizens to take the problem into their own hands! We have drafted a communication for you to reach out to your community pool management or HOA Board of Directors asking them to stand against discrimination at the pool. We have included resources you can share with them including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training, Community DEI Policy, and a sample procedure to adjust practices that may be discriminatory.
